RON – is my short name and stands for re-open nominations
Why vote for RON?
Think of me as a regular candidate and rank me in your order of preference, so put me above those whose policies you are not so sure about. Voting RON really can make a difference!
After all, if there were pork sausage, bacon and eggs on offer, and you were vegetarian, you might choose to put eggs first, then RON, and you may choose not to vote for sausage and bacon, or you could put them as your 3rd and 4th choice. If you were vegan, you might just choose to vote RON.
Remember, in SU elections we use what is called transferrable voting, so ranking candidates in order of preference is important.
