Would you like to start your own club or society? You may have spotted an activity, interest, or cause which isn’t listed in our existing selection. This could be a passion of your own that other students will find enjoyable and rewarding. Or perhaps there is an opportunity to unite a group of students from the same course or home country or background. Either way, you should feel proud of your enthusiasm and ambition. You might also feel daunted by the process, or unsure where to begin. But don’t worry. Our activities staff are here to support you.

To begin, you can access the helpful SU activities starter pack. This offers you a checklist of steps to complete before submitting your idea for approval. It offers tips and templates to guide you through the process, including how to elect your committee and write your constitution.
